Do you offer a cash discount?
We don’t offer a specific cash discount, but if you pay with cash or check, you’ll avoid the 3.0% transaction fee applied to card payments.
How long does an oil change take?
An oil change usually takes about 45 minutes to an hour. It’s not just an oil change — we also perform a 27-point inspection, tire rotation, and fluid top-off to ensure your vehicle is in excellent condition. This helps you know the current state of your car, drive safely, and extend its lifespan.
How does the after-hours drop-off work?
Call us to schedule your drop-off. You can bring your car any time after closing hours — just leave the keys in our drop box located at the main entrance, inside one of the envelopes provided there. Please include your name and vehicle information, and we’ll call you the next business day to review the next steps or let you know when your car is ready.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes! Bring your car any time during business hours — no appointment is needed.
Are your parts and labor guaranteed?
Yes, we stand behind our work. All parts and labor are guaranteed for 24 months or 24,000-miles.
Do you work with insurance claims?
Yes, we work with all insurance companies and handle the process from start to finish.
How is the process to get my car repaired through my insurance company?
First, file a report with your insurance company and obtain a claim number. Then, bring your vehicle to our shop. we’ll take care of the rest and do our best to make the process easy for you.
How many miles does the local transportation cover?
We’ll be more than happy to make your life easier by picking you up and dropping you off within a 5-mile radius from our shop, at no extra cost.
Which makes and models do you service?
We service most makes and models, both foreign and domestic. We handle almost every type of repair, but if you have questions about a specific job, call us or email us for details.
